Position Overview:
Beam is reimagining beauty as a space for connection, not conformity. Our flagship store in Belgravia is home to professional makeup experiences, curated clean beauty, and community events, all designed to empower the makeup curious. Founded by lifelong friends Ellie and Ana, Beam is growing nationally and internationally, and we’re looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Brand & Growth Lead to join us at this exciting stage.
The Role:
The Brand & Growth Lead will work directly alongside the founders as their right hand—executing across brand, marketing, partnerships, events, and growth initiatives. This role is about making things happen: delivering polished work with attention to detail, creating strong external relationships, and ensuring Beam’s brand voice and identity remain consistent across everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
BRAND & MARKETING
Guard Beam’s brand voice and identity across all channels. Support with campaign execution: social media, newsletters, journal, in-store collateral. Create or coordinate content (copy, visuals, short-form video). Assist with PR outreach: drafting pitches and press notes, securing features. Stay on top of beauty and cultural trends to inform storytelling.
PARTNERSHIPS & GROWTH
Research, pitch, and support delivery of growth partnerships (collabs, retail tie-ins, brand takeovers). Coordinate logistics and follow-ups for external activations and corporate events. Build and maintain relationships with ambassadors, VIPs, and partners. Identify opportunities to increase appointments, product sales, and event revenue. Track partnership and campaign performance, reporting back to founders.
EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
Support the planning and execution of in-store events, brand activations, and workshops. Manage event logistics—set-up, staffing, and client experience. Collaborate with internal team members and retail/ brand partners for joint activations. Support event content capture and follow-up.
EXECUTION & FOUNDER SUPPORT
Act as a right hand to Ellie and Ana—supporting high-priority projects and ensuring execution is flawless. Handle follow-ups and project management across multiple work streams. Provide weekly reporting on brand/growth activity.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
1–3 years in marketing, events, partnerships, or brand/community roles. Strong execution and project management experience. Preferably in a beauty, cosmetics, or fashion environment. Exposure to influencer or ambassador programs is a plus. PR or press connections in beauty, lifestyle, or wellness is a plus.

ORGANISED & DETAIL-ORIENTED
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional attention to detail, nothing slips through the cracks. Calm under pressure and solutions-focused.
STRONG COMMUNICATION
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with customers and/ or partners and communicate effectively with the wider team.
CREATIVE YET COMMERCIAL
Creative and energetic, with an instinct for branding and storytelling. Commercially aware, comfortable looking at sales and growth numbers. Resourceful and proactive, able to take an idea and make it happen.
TECH SAVVY
Comfortable using project management systems (Google Suite, Slack, Motion). Ability to use graphic design or content creation platforms is a plus (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing).
FLEXIBILITY
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
