These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, including any purchases, services, and membership offerings made from (bemorebeam.com) and our online booking platform (Fresha.com) ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our either platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website, booking platform or make a purchase.
1. Products and Services
Services: All Beam services are carried out by professional makeup artists at our Belgravia location.
Availability: All services/ products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased and to discontinue any products at our discretion.
Service & Product Descriptions: We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and other information are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all product information is error-free or fully accurate.
Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Any pricing errors will be corrected at our discretion.
2. Bookings, Orders and Payment
Appointments must be booked via Fresha or through our website.
Please arrive on time and makeup-free (unless otherwise instructed in your service description).
We reserve the right to decline service to anyone behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully toward staff or other clients.
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products, subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
We accept payment through card payment via Fresha. Card Authorisation must be carried out in order to confirm your appointment.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.
Membership services will be forfeited if cancelled or missed without proper notice.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Products purchased in-store or online are non-refundable unless faulty.
Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in original condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our team at contact@bemorebeam.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with a return authorisation and instructions.
Once your returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
5. Membership
Membership is billed monthly via our booking platform, Fresha and renews automatically.
Members receive one Beam 60 session per month and exclusive perks.
Services do not roll over and must be used within the billing cycle.
Members can cancel at any time via their Fresha account with 7 days’ notice prior to their next billing date.

5. Gift Cards & Credit
Beam gift cards and service credit are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Expiry dates apply and will be stated at the time of purchase.
6. Liability
While we take every precaution to provide a safe, hygienic, and professional service, Beam is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or dissatisfaction with makeup services.
Clients are responsible for informing Beam artists of any allergies, sensitivities, or skin concerns prior to treatment.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our website, you agree to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
Beam reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and reflected with an updated "Last Updated" date.
