We use high-quality strip or cluster lashes tailored to your eye shape and desired finish. Included in Beam 90, or available as an add-on for £25 to Beam 30 or Beam 60. Application takes around 10–15 minutes.
Each session is led by our professional makeup artists. We'll start with a quick consultation to understand your look goals, product preferences, then tailor your experience. Whether it’s a quick makeup refresh (Beam 30), glow-up (Beam 60), full glam (Beam 90), or a hands-on makeup lesson (Discover).
Yes! We’ll guide you through any products used in your look, and many are available to buy in-store. If we don't have the product available, we will direct you to where you can purchase after your appointment.
Beam 30: Please arrive makeup‑free or with base applied if you're choosing an eyes & lips focus.
Beam 60/90: Clean, prepped skin is ideal.

At Beam, we only use products that are kind to you and the planet. All products used at Beam are 100% cruelty free, with majority of products used being Vegan too.

Booking is easy—just use the “Book Now” button on our website or log into your Fresha account. We recommend reserving your spot early, especially for evenings and weekends when slots fill fast.

Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability. To guarantee your spot, we strongly encourage booking in advance.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Last‑minute changes and no‑shows may result in the session being charged in full.
Our booking system (Fresha) collects your card information to confirm your appointment, however, you will not be charged until you complete your appointment and check out in-store.
Yes! If you have a favourite makeup artist, you’re welcome to request them when booking via our website and booking system (Fresha). You can view and learn more on all our makeup artists here. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, makeup artist availability may vary, so we recommend booking early for specific requests.
All Beam services and membership payments are final sale. We accept returns of unopened retail products for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
You may cancel your Beam appointment via your booking confirmation email or by accessing your Fresha account. Alternatively you can contact us directly. You can find our contact details here.
If you arrive at your appointment more than 5 minutes past the scheduled time, your makeup service will be modified to fit into the shortened time period. All Beamers arriving 10 minutes or more past their scheduled appointment time will be automatically cancelled/rescheduled; we will do our best to get you another appointment that day, but cannot guarantee that another time slot will be available.
The Beam Me Up Membership is a monthly subscription designed for Beam-seekers who want consistent glow, discounts and exclusive perks. It is automatically billed each month (via Fresha), and includes the following:

10% OFF ALL ADDITIONAL SERVICES & ADD-ONS
10% OFF ALL PRODUCTS IN-STORE
15% OFF A BEAM SERVICE WHEN YOU BRING A FRIEND
You can manage, pause, or cancel your membership directly in your Fresha account. Please allow 7 days' notice before your billing date to ensure changes are processed in time.
Beam Me Up sessions are designed to be used monthly and do not roll over. We encourage members to treat this as a monthly moment of self-care! If you’re unable to attend, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate where possible.
Once you're subscribed, your Beam 60 session is available to book through Fresha as part of your membership. Just log in and book your slot. Your member session will be automatically applied at checkout in-store.
You can cancel anytime directly through your Fresha account. Please ensure changes are made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged. After cancellation, you will continue to receive your member benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your perks and pricing will revert to standard non-member rates.
Gift cards can be purchased online here, or in-store. All gift card sales are non-refundable
Show your gift card number at checkout in-store to redeem. Gift cards cannot be used towards monthly membership payments or redeemed for member makeup services.
When booking a Beam service with a gift card, you will need to follow the steps below:
Book your appointment: Find and select the appointment you wish to book.
Go to payment: During the booking process, tap "Edit" next to the payment method.
Add the gift card: Choose the option to "Add a gift card".
Enter the code: Input the gift card code into the provided field.
Confirm: Tap "Confirm" to apply the gift card balance to your booking.
Please note you will still need to confirm your booking with a card on file.
